At Aperol Global Private Limited, we’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & B2B Growth Manager who can transform digital marketing into qualified business leads, buyer relationships and measurable revenue growth.

This is an prospect for a hands-on marketing professional who understands that growth is not just about clicks, likes or followers — it’s about generating qualified enquiries, acquiring customers and driving business outcomes.

? What You’ll Own:

- B2B Lead Generation & Demand Generation — attract wholesalers, retailers, distributors, fashion brands and bulk buyers.
- Performance Marketing — plan and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn campaigns.
- SEO & AEO — improve organic visibility, keyword rankings and discoverability across search engines and AI-powered platforms.
- LinkedIn Marketing & Buyer Acquisition — build targeted B2B outreach and generate qualified business enquiries.
- Social Media & Content Strategy — drive brand visibility through Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and high-quality content.




- CRM & Conversion Optimisation — manage lead pipelines, remarketing, conversion tracking and follow-ups.
- Growth Analytics & ROI — track cost per qualified lead, campaign performance, customer acquisition and revenue contribution.

? Who Should Apply?

We’re looking for professionals with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, B2B growth, performance marketing and measurable lead generation.

Experience in men’s apparel, garment manufacturing, fashion wholesale, textile sourcing, private-label manufacturing or B2B trading will be an advantage.
