At Spread Design, we build brands through strategic thinking, compelling visual identities, and meaningful design experiences.

We are looking for a Design Lead with 3–4 years of experience who understands branding beyond aesthetics and can translate brand strategy into distinctive, impactful visual identities and design systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate brand strategies and briefs into compelling design solutions.
- Develop brand identities, visual systems, and creative concepts for diverse clients.
- Work on logo design, typography, colour palettes, brand guidelines, packaging, and brand collaterals.
- Create brand presentations, pitch decks, and visual narratives that communicate ideas effectively.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints.
- Drive projects end-to-end, from conceptualisation to execution, taking ownership of timelines, deliverables, and quality.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding briefs, presenting concepts, articulating creative rationale, managing feedback, and ensuring alignment throughout the project.
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, and client servicing teams to move projects forward.
- Balance independent thinking and decision-making with effective teamwork.
- Manage multiple projects and deliverables while meeting deadlines.
- Stay curious about design trends, cultural shifts, and evolving branding practices.

What We’re Looking For





- 3–4 years of experience in branding, graphic design, or visual communication.
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand identity projects and conceptual thinking.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other relevant design tools.
- Robust understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual systems.
- Ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into distinctive brand expressions.
- Confidence in client communication, presentations, and managing feedback.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and follow through.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Attention to detail, creative curiosity, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership.
