Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical Engineering

Experience: 20+ years, including 5+ years managing EPC projects as a Project Manager. PMP certification is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead multiple EPC projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and defined scope.
- Manage project planning, execution, risks, costs, revenue and profitability (P&L;).
- Lead and mentor Project Managers and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Manage client, vendor and internal stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee procurement, project scheduling, cash flow and contractual compliance.
- Drive project performance, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
