We are looking for experienced professionals with strong expertise in Warranty Management, Warranty Claims Operations, Exception Handling and Claim Dispute Resolution.

? Location: Chennai

? Role: Warranty Management – 3A

? Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA

? Working Days: 5 Days Working

? Cab Facility: Available

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Warranty Claims and Warranty Operations.
- Review and process warranty claims while ensuring adherence to Warranty Policies and Guidelines.
- Handle Warranty Exceptions and resolve claim-related disputes.
- Perform Serial Number Validation and verify product eligibility.
- Validate Contract and Product Entitlements before claim processing.
- Ensure compliance with Warranty Policies, Contracts and Process Guidelines.
- Monitor and manage Claims Ageing and Backlog to ensure timely closure.
- Identify claim discrepancies and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.




- Support Supply and Demand Planning activities as per business requirements.
- Maintain process accuracy, quality and operational efficiency.

? Ideal Candidate ✔ Experience in Warranty Claims / Warranty Operations / Warranty Management

✔ Knowledge of Warranty Exception Handling & Claim Dispute Resolution

✔ Experience in Serial Number Validation

✔ Understanding of Contract / Product Entitlement

✔ Strong knowledge of Warranty Policy Compliance

✔ Experience managing Claims Ageing / Backlog

✔ Exposure to Supply & Demand Planning

✔ Solid analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
