Role: Data Quality Engineer

Location: Pan India – 4 days WFO – NCR and Bangalore preferred

Experience: 5 to 10 years

Must have

- Test with complex SQL queries to profile, reconcile, validate, and analyze data across source and target systems.
- Perform source-to-target reconciliation and validation for data migrations, system integrations, and onboarding of new data sources.
- Validate data transformations, mappings, business rules, schemas, and data contracts.
- Investigate data anomalies and quality issues, perform root cause analysis, to resolve issues at the source.

- Valuable to have

- Experience in automated data validation rules and test suites for ETL/ELT Testing and data platforms.
- Experience in data quality standards, validation rules, data contracts,



and quality thresholds in collaboration with data owners and stakeholders.’
- Build reusable data quality and validation frameworks using tools such as Great Expectations, dbt tests, Soda, or custom Python solutions.
- Define and document data quality standards, validation rules, data contracts, and quality thresholds in collaboration with data owners and stakeholders.
- Integrate data quality checks into CI/CD pipelines to identify defects before data pipelines are deployed or promoted.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards, automated testing, and CI/CD practices for data pipelines
