? About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer (Azure) to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and robust ETL/ELT processes using Microsoft Azure services. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, PySpark, Python, and SQL, along with expertise in data integration and pipeline optimization.

? Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and other Azure services.
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for reliable data integration and processing.
- Develop and maintain data storage solutions using Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2) and Azure SQL Database.
- Perform data transformation,



processing, and optimization using PySpark and Python.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and implement effective data modeling practices.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance while maintaining technical documentation.

✅ Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
- Strong experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 (ADLS Gen2).
- Strong knowledge of Azure Databricks and PySpark.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience in designing and managing ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Valuable understanding of data modeling, data integration, and pipeline optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
