We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate meaningful insights that support business decisions and improve organizational performance.

In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, develop reports and dashboards, identify trends and patterns, and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders. You will use data analysis tools and visualization platforms to transform raw data into clear, accurate, and useful information.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical thinking, proficiency in SQL and Excel, familiarity with data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.

Analyze structured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.

Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases.

Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

Use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.

Identify data inconsistencies, investigate anomalies, and ensure data accuracy.

Translate business requirements into meaningful analytical reports and insights.

Collaborate with business, finance, marketing, sales, and operations teams.

Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and relationships.

Automate recurring reports and streamline data analysis workflows where possible.

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.

Maintain documentation of data sources,



analytical processes, and reporting methodologies.

Follow data governance, confidentiality, and quality standards.

Support ad hoc analytical requests and business intelligence initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing relational databases.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.

Experience with at least one data visualization tool, such as Power BI or Tableau.

Understanding of data cleaning, validation, transformation, and analysis techniques.

Basic understanding of statistical concepts and descriptive analytics.

Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable business insights.

Familiarity with relational databases and data structures.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Good problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
