Role: Data & AI Architect

Experience: 15+ years (3–4 years in an Architect role)

Mode: C2H/Contract

Location: In Any of these locations - Bangalore, Chennai, Noida, Hyderabad, Pune, Nagpur

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days max

We are looking for a seasoned Data & AI Architect to lead the design and governance of enterprise data platforms and AI-enabled solutions. This is a senior advisory and design role — you will define architecture, guide engineering teams, and communicate complex technical decisions to both technical and business stakeholders.

∙Own end-to-end data architecture: data modelling, pipelines, lakehouse/warehouse design, master data management, and data governance frameworks

∙Define and enforce data platform standards, including metadata management, data quality, lineage, and cataloguing

∙Collaborate with AI/ML teams to design data infrastructure that supports model training, feature engineering, and inference pipelines

∙Review and articulate code snippets, technical artefacts, and design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders — translating complexity into clarity

∙Lead architecture reviews, design documentation, and solution assessments ∙Act as a trusted advisor to product, engineering,



and business leadership on data strategy and AI readiness

∙Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and vendors across the modern data stack

Required Skills & Experience

∙15+ years in data engineering, data architecture, or related disciplines

∙3–4 years in a formal Architect role (Data Architect, Solution Architect, or equivalent)

∙Deep expertise in data platform technologies: Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, dbt, Apache Spark, or equivalents

∙Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows and how data infrastructure underpins them (feature stores, vector databases, data versioning)

∙Proficiency in reading and explaining SQL, Python, or PySpark code — hands-on coding is not a primary requirement, but code literacy is essential

∙Experience with data governance frameworks (e.g. DAMA, DCAM) and regulatory considerations (GDPR, DPDP, etc.)

∙Solid documentation and communication skills — able to produce architecture diagrams, decision records, and stakeholder presentations
