? We’re Hiring | Credit Policy – Home Loans (HL) & LAP | Mumbai

We are looking for 2 experienced HL/LAP credit professionals to join the Credit Policy team at Tata Capital Housing Finance in Mumbai.

Profile 1 – Credit Policy

- 2+ Experience in HL/LAP credit policy formulation
- 5+ years of HL/LAP credit underwriting experience
- Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, portfolio monitoring and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Profile 2 – Credit Underwriting

- Currently/previously working as an Area Credit Manager (ACM) / Regional Credit Manager (RCM)
- 5+ years of experience in underwriting HL/LAP proposals
- Exposure to Affordable Housing will be an advantage

Common Requirements

- CA (ranker preferred) OR MBA from a top-tier institute such as NMIMS/SIBM
- Solid communication, analytical and stakeholder-management skills
