Role Description The Creator Onboarding Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for guiding creators through the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth, positive experience. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with recent creators, explaining platform features and policies, and supporting them in setting up profiles, portfolios, and promotional assets. The role involves gathering requirements, understanding creator needs, and providing clear instructions and resources to help them succeed on the platform.

The specialist will document onboarding activities, track progress,



and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve onboarding workflows. Regular communication with creators, proactive follow-ups, and feedback collection are essential to continuously enhance the onboarding journey.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities to engage effectively with creators and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess customer onboarding and client onboarding experience, with a focus on guiding recent users through structured processes.
- Candidates should possess analytical skills to assess onboarding effectiveness, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms, and the ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously.
- Relevant experience in client success, account management, or creator/community management is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Familiarity with business development or SME-focused services and a customer-centric mindset will be an advantage.
