Position: Content and Documentation Intern Intern

Duration: 3 Months

Location: New Delhi

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Content & Documentation Intern with strong English language skills and proficiency in MS Office. The intern will support the preparation, formatting, and presentation of documents and content, ensuring high standards of accuracy, clarity, and qualified presentation.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare, format, and edit documents, reports, and presentations to ensure consistency and professional presentation.

· Assist in content design, including arranging text, inserting images, formatting tables, and organizing information effectively.

· Create and update documents using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

· Support dictation, transcription, and typing-related tasks with a high level of accuracy.

· Review documents for spelling,



grammar, formatting, and overall content quality.

· Ensure documents are well-structured, visually appealing, and aligned with the required standards.

Educational Qualifications

· Graduate in English, Management, or a related discipline.

Required Skills & Competencies

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

· Strong proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

· Strong command of English grammar, spelling, and sentence construction.

· Good dictation and transcription skills.

· Strong attention to detail and an eye for formatting and presentation.
