Role Description The Content Creator & Social Media Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Thiruvananthapuram. This role involves planning and producing engaging content for social media, blogs, and other digital channels aligned with client and company branding. The person will manage social media calendars, publish and monitor posts, respond to audience interactions, and optimize content performance using analytics.

Daily responsibilities include collaborating with design and marketing teams, creating copy and basic visual assets, coordinating campaigns, and staying current with platform trends and best practices.



The role also includes reporting on key metrics, suggesting improvements, and ensuring consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in content creation for digital platforms, including social media copywriting, short-form video concepts, and basic graphic or visual asset preparation.
- Experience in social media management, including scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking across major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals such as branding, SEO basics, campaign planning, and audience targeting.
- Ability to use social media and content tools (e.g., scheduling tools, analytics dashboards, Canva or similar design tools) to plan, publish, and optimize content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of brand tone, storytelling, and attention to detail.
- Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in content or social media roles, especially within tech, start-up, or creative agency environments, is an advantage.
