Role Overview

As a Community Manager & Event Operations specialist, you will be the heartbeat of our Balewadi facility. You are the first point of contact for guests, the go-to person for influencers visiting the space, and the operational backbone for our events. If you love networking, hosting, and getting things done, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Front Desk & Guest Experience: Greet and meet guests, manage front-desk operations, and conduct engaging tours of the coworking space for potential members and visitors.
- Influencer & VIP Relations: Assist influencers and creators visiting the space. Support them with their specific requirements to ensure they have a seamless experience while creating content or collaborating.
- Event Management (End-to-End): Own the lifecycle of events happening at Flipp. This includes coordinating with sponsors, managing guest lists, overseeing on-ground operations, and ensuring smooth execution.




- Offline Marketing: Drive offline promotional activities to increase brand visibility in and around Balewadi and the broader Pune area.
- Community Building: Foster a positive and collaborative atmosphere among members to maintain high retention and engagement.

Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 1+ year of experience in Community Management, Event Operations, Hospitality, or similar roles.
- Vibe: You are energetic, approachable, and have a natural flair for hosting and conversation.
- Problem Solver: You can handle last-minute event changes and guest requests with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
- Location: You are based in Pune and can commute to Balewadi easily.
- Availability: 5 days a week (Weekend availability may be required based on event schedules).
