Job Summary:

We are seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to support financial planning, performance analysis, and business decision-making for the India Aftermarket organization. This role is a key business partner to the commercial and sales teams, focused on driving profitable growth through actionable financial insights.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in commercial finance, experience in manufacturing or aftermarket industries, and fluency in professional-level English to effectively collaborate across regional and global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver profitability analysis by product line, customer, and distribution channel to guide strategic decision-making.




- Collaborate with Sales and Product Management teams to evaluate pricing strategies, promotions, and customer profitability.
- Monitor revenue, margin, and operating performance metrics; identify trends and key drivers.
- Conduct variance analysis and present clear recommendations to improve performance.
- Partner with supply chain, Purchase and Product Management teams to ensure full alignment of commercial and operational plans.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for commercial activities.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting related to commercial activities.
- Maintain strong internal controls and support compliance with corporate and regional financial policies.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and business case development for new opportunities or investments.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CA is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial finance, within a manufacturing or automotive environment – preferably in Aftermarket.
- Strong business acumen and commercial mindset; ability to translate financial insights into business action.
- Fluency in English is required for cross-border collaboration and reporting.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI; experience with SAP preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills; able to build partnerships across functions and levels.
- Self-starter with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
