With in-house product development, horizontal and vertical machining centers, and turning centers, we deliver complex components on short lead times and at competitive costs. Our skilled machinists produce a wide range of critical components, including ball valves, butterfly valves, control valves, mud gate valves, suction blocks, manifolds, wear plates, pump housings, impellers, and top entry ball valves.

Role Description This is a full time, on-site Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine Operator role based in Coimbatore. The CNC Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision components for various valve and pump castings, ensuring adherence to engineering drawings and specifications. Daily responsibilities include selecting and installing tools and fixtures, loading programs, performing test runs, and making necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy and productivity.

The role also involves inspecting finished parts using measuring instruments,



documenting results, and collaborating with quality control and maintenance teams to resolve issues and improve processes. The CNC Machine Operator will follow all safety procedures, contribute to 5S initiatives, and support continuous improvement in machining operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Machine Operation and Machinery handling.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience in Milling and Machining processes.
- Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Quality Control and inspection techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, CNC programs, and work instructions.
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and height masters.
- Prior experience in valve, pump, or heavy engineering components manufacturing is an advantage.
- Commitment to workplace safety, 5S practices, and continuous improvement.
- Relevant technical diploma, certification in CNC machining, or equivalent practical experience.
