Role Description The Cluster Head role at Manipal Fintech is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Vadodara Area.

The Cluster

Head oversees multiple branches within the cluster, ensuring achievement of business targets, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving gold loan portfolio growth, monitoring branch performance, mentoring and leading branch managers and teams, and implementing sales and customer engagement strategies. The role also involves reviewing key performance metrics, conducting regular branch visits, resolving escalated customer issues,



and coordinating with regional and central teams on process improvements and new initiatives.

The Cluster

Head is expected to maintain high service quality standards, uphold risk and audit guidelines, and foster a culture of integrity and performance across the cluster.

Qualifications

- Solid leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising multiple branches or locations.
- Proven expertise in retail banking, NBFC operations, or gold loan business, including sales, collections, and customer service.
- Sound understanding of financial products, lending practices, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for working with customers, teams, and senior leadership.
- Ability to analyze performance data, prepare reports, and use insights to drive operational and business improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Comfort with on-site field work, frequent branch visits within the cluster, and working in a target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in managing a cluster, region, or large team in financial services is strongly preferred.
