Role Description The Clinical Research Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for coordinating clinical research activities, including participant recruitment, screening, and enrollment according to approved study protocols. The coordinator will manage informed consent processes, schedule and track study visits, collect and document clinical data, and maintain accurate study records.

Day-to-day tasks include ensuring protocol compliance, supporting investigators and study staff, liaising with ethics committees and sponsors when needed, and preparing regulatory and study-related documentation. The role also involves monitoring study progress, maintaining participant confidentiality, and contributing to training and mentorship for learners and junior team members involved in clinical research programs.

Qualifications

- Solid understanding of clinical research processes, including Clinical Research Experience and Clinical Trials management.
- Ability to interpret and implement study Protocol requirements and adhere to regulatory and institutional guidelines.




- Knowledge and practical experience with Informed Consent procedures, including participant communication and documentation.
- Research skills in data collection, documentation, and basic analysis within clinical and academic settings.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medicine, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ethical standards, and applicable regulatory frameworks.
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple studies or projects.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with investigators, sponsors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and electronic data capture or clinical research management systems is an advantage.
- Prior experience in an academic medical center, CRO, or research institution is preferred but not mandatory.
