Key Responsibilities

- Act as the single point of contact for customers, managing their requirements from order confirmation until shipment delivery and payment collection.
- Proactively provide regular shipment updates, including ETD, ETA, delays, and delivery status.
- Take complete ownership of customer queries, complaints, and problems until they are resolved.
- Follow up with customers on quotations shared, proactively seek feedback on the prices offered, understand reasons for lost business,



and coordinate with the pricing and sales teams to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with internal teams, shipping lines, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
- Maintain rigorous follow-ups and ensure no customer query, commitment, or pending issue is overlooked.
- Collect customer feedback and work towards improving customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain skilled, timely, and transparent communication with all customers.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM or customer relationship management;
- freight forwarding/logistics is preferred, not mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Polite, proactive, responsible, and confident in handling customers.
- Ability to manage difficult situations and work independently.

Ideal Candidate Someone who takes complete ownership of customers, keeps them informed without being reminded, and ensures every problem is followed through to resolution.
