Job SummaryWe are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Civil Architect to oversee construction planning, drawing interpretation, site coordination, and execution activities. The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of civil construction practices, building layouts, construction drawings, and quality standards, along with the ability to coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and interpret civil construction drawings, building layouts, and detailed plans.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, structural consultants, contractors, and site supervisors.
- Monitor on-site construction activities to ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure adherence to construction quality standards, project timelines, and safety requirements.
- Conduct site inspections to identify discrepancies and resolve execution-related issues.
- Coordinate civil, structural, and architectural requirements to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor the use of construction materials and verify work quality as per project specifications.
- Maintain site records, drawing revisions, progress reports, and relevant project documentation.
- Assist in quantity estimation, material planning, and contractor coordination as required.




- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, construction standards, and project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant construction-related discipline, depending on the role requirements.
- Relevant experience in civil construction, site supervision, and drawing interpretation.
- Knowledge of construction methods, building materials, structural drawings, and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with construction documentation.
- Understanding of quantity estimation, material planning, and quality control.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Practical experience in building construction and in office project execution.
- Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach to resolving site-related challenges.
- Ability to manage construction activities while maintaining quality and timelines.
