About the role:

We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager to build and scale our System Integrator partner network across Smart City, ITS, Surveillance and Enterprise Infrastructure. The ideal candidate comes from an SI, Security OEM or ITS background and has strong existing relationships with leading national and regional integrators.

What you’ll do

- Identify, engage and sign key System Integrators and solution partners in Smart City, Transport, Surveillance and Infrastructure
- Train and enable partner sales and pre-sales teams to pitch our solution portfolio effectively.
- Work alongside partners on live opportunities, joint customer pitches and deal registrations
- Own strategic SI accounts end to end: commercial negotiations, partner margins and joint go-to-market plans
- Track industry trends,



competitor ecosystems and large infrastructure projects to position us early in the procurement cycle

What you bring

- 3–5 years in Channel Sales, B2B Enterprise Sales or SI Management within Security, ITS, Automation or IT Infrastructure
- An established network of procurement heads, project leads and BD managers at major SIs
- Strong technical aptitude: you can follow solution architecture, product integration and complex project requirements
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building and presentation skills
