Role Description The Caller role is a full time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. The Caller will engage with prospective and existing clients over phone calls to introduce Eternal Realty’s services, share property details, and qualify leads based on client requirements and budget. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, updating call records and customer information in CRM or internal systems, and coordinating follow-ups or appointments for the sales team.

The role also involves explaining key project features, clarifying basic real estate terms,



and gathering feedback to support better client service and stronger relationships. The Caller will collaborate closely with sales and advisory teams to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-through on all client interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with a clear and professional phone manner.
- Customer service and client engagement abilities, including handling queries, objections, and follow-ups effectively.
- Basic understanding of real estate concepts or willingness to learn quickly about Gurgaon’s residential and investment market.
- Comfort with using CRM tools or spreadsheets to manage leads, update call logs, and track follow-up activities.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, manage high call volumes, and maintain accuracy and reliability under time constraints.
- Good English and Hindi language skills; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or a similar client-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school education; a diploma or degree in any field is beneficial.
