Job Title: Business Development Executive / Specialist – Payroll & HRMS Software

Experience: 1-3 Years (B2B SaaS sales, corporate IT sales, or ERP software sales)

Salary (Per Annum): ₹3.5L – ₹5.5L Fixed + Incentives

Job Summary:

We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Specialist to drive B2B software sales for our cloud-based Payroll and HRMS solution. You will be responsible for targeting Indian SMEs and enterprises, building pipeline channels, demonstrating product capabilities, and closing subscription deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect and generate quality B2B sales leads via cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and field visits.
- Schedule and present tailored online or in-person product demonstrations to HR Heads, CFOs, Founders, and Chartered Accountants.
- Understand client requirements regarding Indian statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS, PT, and LWF) and showcase how our system streamlines these operations.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycles from initial engagement, commercial negotiations, to final contract closure.




- Build collaborative relationships with local accounting firms and tax consultants to establish strong referral partner channels.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking records in the internal CRM tool.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1 to 4 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, corporate IT sales, or ERP software sales.
- Prior experience selling HR Tech, Payroll, or Tally/accounting software is highly preferred.
- Foundational knowledge of Indian corporate payroll structures, deductions, and labor laws is a major plus.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and [Local Language, e.g., Hindi/Kannada].
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Lead generation, outbound demos, SME conversions
- Comp Structure: Standard market fixed salary plus a competitive incentive structure (e.g., 10–15% commission on the Annual Contract Value).
