Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead finance controllership, budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and business performance reviews for mining operations,



while providing actionable insights through financial analytics and benchmarking.
- Partner with operations to drive productivity, cost efficiency and optimization across mining, processing, maintenance, and services.
- Ensure effective governance of capex, opex, inventory, project spends, cash flow and working capital, alongside compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, internal controls and audits.
- Support strategic planning, investment evaluation, and project approvals and act as a strategic business partner in delivering towards growth journey of HZL through financial stewardship, investment governance and performance management.
- Drive automation, digitalization and data-driven decision making across finance processes.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and participate in key site committees, including Grievance, School, CSR, Welfare and Governance forums.
- Build a high-performance finance team and strengthen business partnering.

Desired Attributes:

- Qualified CA/CMA professional with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial and operational data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in manufacturing, metals, mining or process industries preferred.
- Passionate high-potential skilled with strong business acumen and an analytical mindset.
