Role Description The Business Development Intern role at THINSIL is an in office internship based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the sales team by assisting with lead generation, preparing sales materials and presentations, and maintaining customer records and reports. Daily tasks include engaging with prospective and existing customers under guidance, responding to basic customer inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up.

The intern will also help organize and participate in product training sessions, learn about semiconductor solutions,



and contribute to market research and sales performance tracking. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to technology sales and customer-facing activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Business Development skills to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Basic Sales and Sales Management understanding, with an interest in developing skills in lead generation, pipeline support, and account coordination.
- Ability to participate in Training activities, including learning product features and assisting in internal or customer training sessions.
- Comfort with using productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM systems) and organizing data accurately.
- Interest in semiconductor or technology industries and willingness to learn technical concepts.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively on-site in Bengaluru.
