Role: Business Development Manager (B2G)

Base location: Noida

Budget: 10lpa - 12lpa

We are looking for dynamic, energetic, and mission-driven Business Development Managers (BDMs) for the

Government Partnerships (B2G) vertical. The role involves working closely with government stakeholders across multiple states to build strategic partnerships in the education ecosystem. The candidate will represent the organization before senior bureaucrats, policymakers, ministers, MLAs, education departments, skilling bodies, universities, and implementation agencies.

This is a high-impact role offering direct exposure to policy creation, educational transformation projects, and large-scale government initiatives across India.

-Have strong communication and presentation skills

-Are fluent in the regional languages of the allocated territory.

-Have excellent documentation and follow-up capabilities

-Are willing to travel extensively across districts and state capitals





-Possess robust interpersonal intelligence (EQ) and analytical thinking (IQ)

-Can work independently in high-pressure and target-driven environments

-Have awareness of India’s education and skilling ecosystem

Qualification Requirement

Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any of the following disciplines or related fields: B.Tech / M.Tech, MBA, Public

Policy, Political Science, Economics, Mass Communication, Public Administration etc related field

Experience Required

- 0–2 years of professional experience

-Freshers with strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and interest in government partnerships, public policy,

or the education sector are encouraged to apply

-Prior internship or project experience in government relations, business development, public policy, education,

consulting, or stakeholder management will be an added advantage
