Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and develop strong pipelines within target markets. The role involves engaging with prospective and existing corporate clients, understanding their VoIP and communication needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with Unifiedvoice’s offerings. Daily responsibilities include preparing proposals, conducting product demos, coordinating with internal technical teams,



and managing client accounts to ensure long-term relationships and customer satisfaction.

The Executive will be expected to track sales activities, meet revenue targets, maintain accurate CRM records, and represent the company professionally in meetings, calls, and presentations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities within target segments.
- Candidates should possess solid Business acumen and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, handle negotiations, and drive sustainable growth.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
- Previous experience in telecom, VoIP, or IT solutions sales is highly beneficial, along with familiarity with B2B sales cycles and corporate clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet defined sales targets and KPIs.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred; relevant industry certifications are an added advantage.
