Responsibilities:

- Respond to website inquiries by phone and email.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products after training.
- Attend client meetings, explain product offerings, and coordinate product demonstrations.
- Prepare professional emails, proposals, and meeting notes.
- Follow up with prospects and help move sales opportunities towards closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements and close deals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and share regular sales updates.

Requirements:

- B.Com, BBA Finance, MBA Finance, or a related educational background.
- Robust English communication, email-writing, and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of financial markets.
- Experience with APIs or fintech is an advantage.
- Ability to manage client conversations independently after training.

Ideal Candidate:

A confident communicator who can quickly learn financial data products, handle client inquiries and meetings, and work with minimal supervision after training.
