- Identify and develop new business opportunities across manufacturing, retail, logistics, warehousing, and other industries.

- Promote AIDC products such as barcode scanners, mobile computers, handheld terminals, RFID devices, and related solutions.

- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions for Track & Trace, Retail Automation, and Warehouse Automation.

- Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.

- Manage commercial negotiations, quotations, follow-ups, and sales closures.

- Build relationships with customers, system integrators, resellers, and channel partners.

- Achieve sales targets, maintain the sales pipeline, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, Electronics, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in AIDC, barcode technology, RFID, or automation solutions.





- Good knowledge of AIDC products and their applications in retail, warehousing, and supply chain operations.

- Strong solution-selling, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Proven ability to generate leads, develop customer relationships, and close business deals.

- Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to travel for customer meetings.
