About the RoleWe are looking for an Academic counselor to connect with prospective learners, understand their career goals, and guide them towards suitable upskilling programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Explain relevant programs and address learner queries.
- Handle follow-ups and convert qualified leads into enrollments.
- Achieve enrollment, revenue, and collection targets.
- Maintain lead and sales records in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in BDA, Inside Sales, Academic Counselling, Admissions, or B2C Sales.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can apply.
- Good communication, convincing, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven workplace.
- EdTech/Sales experience preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
