Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with a robust foundation in accounting, knowledge of GAAP, and exposure to international accounting practices and transfer pricing. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting statutory compliance, and assisting with international accounting and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain books of accounts, general ledgers, and bank reconciliation statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor payments and customer collections.
- Verify invoices, expense claims, and supporting financial documents.
- Assist in GST returns, TDS calculations, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor outstanding balances.
- Assist in monthly and year-end closing, financial reporting, and audit-related activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors,



customers, auditors as required.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal procedures.

Educational Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- CA Inter / CA PE-II qualification preferred.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Exposure to international accounting practices and foreign currency transactions.
- Good knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Basic understanding or practical exposure to transfer pricing and intercompany transactions.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or SAP.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
