We are looking for a detail-oriented 2D Designer to create event branding layouts and production-ready artwork for exhibitions and conferences. The ideal candidate should be comfortable adapting designs to precise dimensions and coordinating with production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create 2D artwork for backdrops, standees, fascia panels, signage, and branding surfaces.
- Adapt approved event identities across venue and exhibition requirements.
- Prepare artwork to specified dimensions with suitable bleed, margins, and resolution.
- Coordinate with servicing and production teams to confirm sizes and output requirements.
- Check final files for alignment, text accuracy, colour consistency, and production readiness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator,
or equivalent vector design software.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, scaling, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of large-format printing and production artwork preparation.
- Ability to work accurately from dimensions, briefs, and reference designs.
- Valuable file organisation and the ability to manage revisions within deadlines.

- Experience preparing artwork for exhibitions, conferences, or event agencies.
- Familiarity with printing materials and fabrication requirements.
- Experience coordinating with print vendors or production teams.
