Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst with strong skills in Python, SQL, and Advanced Excel. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building dashboards, automating reports, and analysing business data to drive better decision-making. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys solving problems, and has the potential to lead a team in the future.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse business data and track key performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- - Build and maintain dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
- - Automate repetitive reports and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.




- - Use Python and SQL to extract, clean, process, and analyse large datasets.
- - Develop and maintain reports using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
- - Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and support data-driven decisions.
- - Identify opportunities to improve existing processes through automation and data analysis.
- - Take ownership of projects, proactively identify problems, and drive solutions independently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of relevant experience in Business Analytics or Data Analytics.

Strong hands-on knowledge of Python, SQL, and Advanced Excel.

Experience in building dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

Practical experience in process automation and reporting automation.

Must have completed hands-on projects demonstrating analytical and technical skills.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to take responsibility.

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities.

Demonstrated leadership potential and the ability to take initiative beyond assigned tasks.
