Business Head – Catalogue Ads

Location: Bangalore (or willing to relocate) · Reports to: Founder

Brands with big catalogues, thousands of listings and SKUs, need ad creative at a volume no studio can hand-build. Our Enriched Catalog product is how they get it. We want one person to run Catalogue Ads like it's their own company: the numbers, the team, the customers and where it goes next.

Who we are

QuickAds makes performance creative for brands on paid social. We cover the whole chain: creative intelligence, strategy, production, influencer marketing and campaign management. Most providers cover one link of that chain; we run all of it.

We're 70+ people across Bangalore, Noida, Singapore, Canada and the USA, VC-funded,

with $200M+ in ad spend managed and computer-vision models trained on 32M+ ads. AI handles form, humans own substance. You'd be leading the humans on this one.

What you'll own

●The P&L;. Revenue, margins, pricing and packaging for Catalogue Ads. You set the targets with the founder and you're accountable for hitting them.

●Strategy. Decide which kinds of brands we go after (marketplaces, retailers, D2C brands with deep catalogues), where we win, and what we say no to.

●Go-to-market. Positioning, the sales motion and partnerships with agencies and platforms. You'll build and lead the sales and solutions team behind it.

●Product direction. Work with product and engineering on the Enriched Catalog roadmap, turning what customers tell you into what we build next.

●Delivery. Make sure every client gets what we promise: 100+ creatives a month, 5-7 day turnaround. You'll run this with our creative and delivery leads.

●Key accounts. Personally lead the biggest deals and the relationships that matter most.

●Team. Hire,



coach and keep a strong leadership bench for the unit.

●Reporting. Give the founder and leadership a clear, honest read on the business every month: what's working, what isn't, what you need.

You'll fit right in if

●You've run a business before (must have). 5+ years in adtech, e-commerce,

performance marketing or a creative agency, with at least 3-5 years owning a P&L; as a

GM, business head or founder.

●You know catalogue ads inside out. Product feeds, agile product ads, Meta catalogue campaigns, Google Shopping and Performance Max. You know why a feed with 10,000 SKUs and two images each is a creative problem.

●You've scaled B2B revenue. SaaS, services or a mix of both, and you can talk about the numbers you moved.

●You've built teams. Sales, delivery and ops, hired and led by you.

●You can hold the room. Comfortable selling to CMOs and heads of e-commerce, and just as comfortable in a spreadsheet.

●You're excited about AI in creative ways, not threatened by it.

●You're based in Bangalore or willing to relocate, as we have an active office there.
