1. Role Purpose - The Associate Business Analyst will turn Kanpeki's sales, market and operational data into transparent insights that help leadership make faster, better decisions. Working closely with the Sales Head and the domestic and international sales teams, the role will track performance, identify growth opportunities and support planning across India and export markets.

Key Responsibilities

2. Track and analyse sales performance by product, category, territory, channel and country.
3. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and sales dashboards for management.
4. Monitor sales against targets and highlight gaps, trends and risks early.
5. Analyse team and distributor performance to support target setting and incentive calculations.

11. Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or a related field.
12. 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, sales analytics, MIS or a similar role.
13. Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas and charts.
14. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with high attention to detail.
15. Clear written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to present findings simply.
16. Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines.

Preferred

1. MBA or PGDM in Marketing, Business Analytics or Finance.
2. Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, personal care, salon or pharmaceutical businesses.
3. Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Google Looker Studio or SQL.
4. Exposure to CRM or ERP systems such as Zoho, Salesforce, SAP or Tally.
5. Understanding of export markets, distributor models or B2B sales.
