Role Description The Articled Assistant will work full time in office at the Jodhpur office, supporting audit, accounting, taxation, and compliance activities. Daily tasks may include assisting in statutory and internal audits, preparing working papers, and documenting audit findings under guidance of senior team members. The role involves maintaining accounting records, reconciling ledgers, preparing financial statements, and supporting tax return preparation and filings.

The Articled

Assistant will also help with GST, TDS, and other regulatory compliances,



as well as drafting reports, coordinating with clients for required information, and updating documentation. The position offers structured practical training aligned with professional course requirements and provides exposure to different industries and types of engagements.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, and basic auditing concepts.
- Understanding of direct and indirect taxation, including income tax and GST compliances.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools; familiarity with accounting or ERP software is an advantage.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Enrollment in a Chartered Accountancy program or similar professional course, with eligibility to undertake articleship training.
- Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and continuous learning in the fields of audit and taxation.
