This program is designed to help candidates refresh their technical knowledge, enhance their practical development skills, rebuild their confidence, and prepare for a full-time application development role.

During the bootcamp, you will work on practical projects, strengthen your React.js expertise, and receive technical mentorship.

Career Progression: Upon successful completion of the 4-week bootcamp, candidates who demonstrate strong performance in technical assessments and practical assignments will be considered for conversion to a full-time position at Quest Global. Candidates who complete the bootcamp will also be awarded a certificate of completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop web applications using React.js.
- Build reusable, responsive, and user-friendly UI components.
- Apply JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 in application development.
- Work with React components, props, state, and hooks.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs.
- Participate in hands-on projects and technical assessments.
- Identify and resolve application issues.
- Demonstrate continuous technical improvement throughout the bootcamp.

Required Skills




- Hands-on knowledge of React.js.
- Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Familiarity with React components, hooks, and state management.
- Understanding of responsive web development.
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs and Git is preferred.
- Strong willingness to learn, upskill, and restart a career in application development.

Eligibility Criteria
- 1–5 years of previous experience in application or frontend development.
- Candidates looking to restart their careers or return to the IT industry are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to work onsite in Hyderabad.
- Availability to attend the complete 4-week bootcamp.
- Commitment to technical upskilling and project-based assessments.

Bootcamp Details
- Duration: 4 weeks.

- Compensation: The bootcamp is unpaid. No salary or stipend will be provided during the 4-week training period.
- Certificate: Certificate of completion awarded to candidates who successfully complete the bootcamp.
- Full time Conversion: Based on performance, technical assessments, and business requirements, successful candidates may be converted to full-time employees at Quest Global.
