We are looking for an experienced Akamai Security Engineer / Security SME to strengthen the security of high-traffic eCommerce platforms and digital touchpoints.

? Position: Akamai Security Engineer (Key Engineer)

? Experience: 6–8 Years

? Work Mode: Remote

? Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

? Key Responsibilities:

✅ Expertise in Akamai CDN security and edge protection.

✅ Bot detection, mitigation, and protection using Akamai Bot Manager.

✅ DDoS protection and mitigation strategies.

✅ Web Application Protector (WAP) and application-layer security.

✅ CDN rule configuration, rate limiting, and custom security policies.

✅ Security monitoring, threat analysis,



incident response, and troubleshooting.

✅ Collaboration with Cybersecurity, DevOps, QA, and eCommerce development teams.

? Preferred Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience with Akamai security solutions and CDN configurations.
- Akamai certifications or equivalent practical expertise.
- Knowledge of PCI-DSS and GDPR compliance requirements.
- Experience securing high-traffic eCommerce platforms and digital channels.
