Role: Senior AI Techno-Functional Consultant

Experience: 10–15 Years

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Techno-Functional Consultant who can independently drive customer engagements, identify and build AI/GenAI opportunities from scratch, translate business challenges into AI solutions, and lead engagements from initial discovery through solution conceptualization and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead customer conversations, discovery workshops, and executive-level discussions to identify AI/GenAI opportunities.
- Proactively identify, shape, and develop recent AI business opportunities from the ground up.
- Create and deliver compelling customer presentations, solution proposals, value propositions, and AI transformation roadmaps.
- Translate business challenges into AI use cases, solution approaches, and measurable business outcomes.
- Drive opportunity qualification, solution positioning, PoCs, and customer buy-in.
- Collaborate with AI architects, engineering teams, and sales teams to develop and position differentiated solutions.




- Own customer engagement and drive opportunities from ideation through solutioning and implementation.

Required Skills

- 10–15 years of IT consulting, technology consulting, or digital transformation experience.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and enterprise AI solutions.
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Excellent customer-facing consulting, storytelling, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Proven ability to independently build presentations, proposals, business cases, and solution narratives.
- Strong business acumen, opportunity identification, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to connect business problems with technology solutions and articulate business value and ROI.

Ideal Candidate A self-driven, entrepreneurial AI techno-functional consultant who combines technical understanding, business consulting, and strong customer engagement skills. Someone who can independently initiate customer conversations, uncover opportunities, build compelling solution narratives, influence decision-makers, and take AI opportunities from concept to execution. Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
