Role : AEM Content Author

Key Responsibilities

- Create, update, and publish web pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Work with AEM components, templates, MSM rollouts, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, DAM assets, and tagging.
- Manage content publishing workflows across Author, Preview, and Publish environments.
- Perform content QA, SEO validation, accessibility checks, component testing, and regression testing.
- Troubleshoot authoring, workflow, and publishing issues using AEM tools and basic HTML/CSS.
- Coordinate content releases, website launches, production readiness, and stakeholder approvals.
- Manage delivery timelines, risks, dependencies, SLAs, and reporting.




- Mentor junior authors and contribute to SOPs, governance, process improvement, and workflow optimization.

Mandatory Skills
- Solid hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Expertise in MSM, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, DAM, components, and publishing workflows.
- Knowledge of SEO, accessibility, web quality, and content governance.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile delivery, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, coordination, and leadership skills.
