About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Advanced Engineer / Senior Engineer - System CAE to join our Global Technical and Safety Center (GTSC) team. The role focuses on executing and coordinating system simulation, meshing, and crash safety analysis projects while ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HyperMesh, LS-DYNA, Primer, and automotive safety simulations, along with a passion for continuous learning and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities

- Execute and coordinate CAE tasks and projects related to system simulation.
- Perform meshing and crash/safety analysis activities with minimal supervision.
- Understand project scope and deliver tasks within committed timelines.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency of project deliverables.
- Conduct system model setup and simulation activities.
- Support team members and contribute to project execution.
- Perform stage-wise reviews and align with project/account managers during project execution.

- Work effectively within cross-functional and global teams.
- Take ownership and accountability for assigned tasks and project outcomes.
- Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to team members.
- Adapt to changing business needs and support shift-based work when required.

Required Skills & Expertise

Must-Have Technical Skills

- Robust experience in:
- HyperMesh
- LS-DYNA

- Primer




- LS-PrePost

- Knowledge of

- NCAPs requirements and System Model Setup
- Automotive crash and safety simulations

- Experience with meshing and analysis projects

Preferred Skills

- Human Body Model (HBM) simulation experience
- Knowledge of seat belt and airbag systems, including functionality and applications
- Programming and automation skills (Python, scripting, or similar)
- Experience in Automotive Safety domain

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering

- Automobile Engineering

Experience

- 3-6 years of experience in:
- Automotive OEMs

- Auto Ancillary Industry

- Engineering Services Organizations

- Experience in automotive safety simulations is highly desirable.
