Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, and optimize Adobe Campaign Classic v7 / Campaign v8 workflows, schemas, delivery templates, and targeting rules.
- Build campaign automation, audience segmentation, personalization, suppression rules, and transactional messaging processes.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and JavaScript for data processing, automation, troubleshooting, and performance improvement.
- Implement integrations with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, CRM systems, data warehouses, and other enterprise platforms.
- Develop API and file-based integrations using SOAP/REST APIs, JSON/XML, and SFTP, with appropriate authentication, error handling, and data validation.
- Support audience activation, identity mapping, consent management, and campaign tracking.
- Perform testing, deployments, production troubleshooting, monitoring, and technical documentation.
- Design scalable solutions, define integration architecture, conduct technical reviews, and guide development teams, depending on seniority.
- Support platform upgrades, migrations, technical transitions,



knowledge transfer, and operational readiness for senior roles.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic v7 and/or Campaign v8.
- Proficiency in SQL and JavaScript.
- Experience with campaign workflows, schemas, targeting, segmentation, and delivery configuration.
- Knowledge of API integrations, data imports/exports, and enterprise system integrations.
- Understanding of AEP / Real-Time CDP integrations and consent management.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

- Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
- Transactional messaging and event-driven campaign processing.
- Node.js/Python, Git, Postman, CI/CD, and Campaign v8 FDA/FFDA.
- Adobe App Builder, enterprise middleware, or Adobe Campaign certifications.
- AI/LLM integrations and Model Context Protocol (MCP), with appropriate security, validation, and governance controls.
