Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our Real Estate Sales Team. The selected candidates will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with customers, explaining property details, and assisting clients in purchasing residential plots and properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and contact potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain property details, prices, locations, and facilities to customers.
- Arrange site visits for interested buyers.
- Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Interest in sales, marketing, and real estate.
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.
