CRM / Service Advisor

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Complete DMS Operation.

· Service appointment – minimum 5 per day (co-ordinate with CRE)

· Free service 100% redemption (co-ordinate with CRE)

· FC appointment – 3 per month (co-ordinate with CRE)

· Manage billing support in Spares & Labour.

· To issue Gate pass after confirmation with Service Manager.

· OSL bill preparation & Weekly submission to Accounts.

· Warranty Material Dispatching.

· Tracking of All Claim status. (FSC, PDI & Warranty).

· Turnover & Service Vehicles status- Daily reporting to SM.

· To update Delivery vehicles details in PSF spreadsheet on daily basis.
