Laxmi Toyota is hiring an Experienced Sales Officer for its car dealership in Berhampur. We are looking for candidates with proven experience in automobile sales, preferably passenger car sales, who can understand customer requirements, generate sales opportunities, and convert enquiries into vehicle bookings.

Important eligibility requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in car sales is mandatory.
- Must currently reside in Berhampur.
- Must have their own two-wheeler for local customer visits and sales-related travel.
- Candidates with experience in a car dealership will be preferred.

Candidates without prior car sales experience may not be suitable for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries and explain Toyota models, variants, features, and pricing.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into bookings and vehicle deliveries.
- Conduct product presentations and arrange test drives.
- Understand customer requirements, budgets, exchange needs, and vehicle finance options.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing leads and prospective buyers.
- Build robust customer relationships and provide a professional showroom experience.
- Achieve monthly sales, booking, and follow-up targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update lead status in the dealership CRM.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth booking and delivery processes.
- Support local customer visits and sales activities as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on car sales experience.




- Prior experience with a passenger car dealership is mandatory.
- Must be a current resident of Berhampur, Odisha.
- Must own or have regular access to a two-wheeler.
- Valid driving licence required for riding a two-wheeler for work.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills in Odia and Hindi; English is an advantage.
- Ability to negotiate, handle customer objections, and close sales.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or sales reporting.
- Target-oriented, professional, and customer-focused approach.
