Position: Supervisor

Industry: Fabrication / Crusher Industry
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma preferred
Salary: As per experience and company standards
Job Location: As per company requirement

Job Responsibilities

- Arrange and mobilize manpower as per project and company requirements.
- Manage and supervise workers at the site to ensure smooth execution of jobs.
- Handle manpower allocation, attendance, discipline, and daily work schedules.
- Execute assigned jobs within the given timeline and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with management, clients, contractors, and workers regarding job requirements.
- Ensure the availability of required manpower, tools, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor daily work progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Resolve in office manpower issues and operational challenges.
- Ensure work quality, productivity, and compliance with safety guidelines.
- Manage multiple teams and ensure proper coordination between workers and departments.
- Take responsibility for job execution from manpower arrangement to final completion.

Required Skills

- Strong manpower sourcing, mobilization,



and management skills.
- Ability to execute industrial jobs and meet deadlines.
- Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle workers, contractors, and site-level challenges.
- Knowledge of fabrication and crusher industry operations is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned jobs.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Supervisor in fabrication, crusher, or other industrial sectors.
- Proven experience in arranging manpower and managing teams.
- Experience in executing industrial jobs from start to completion.
- Candidates with an existing network of skilled and unskilled workers will be preferred.
