Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and understand vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards, service estimates, and invoices.
- Explain repair work and costs to customers and obtain approvals.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Provide service updates and maintain customer records.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat service bookings.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and service revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile service preferred.
- Basic knowledge of car maintenance and repairs.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing skills.
- Solid coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
