Job Summary
We are hiring experienced Territory Managers for the Agency Channel in a leading Life Insurance company. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in agent recruitment, activation, team development, and business target achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new insurance agents.
- Drive agent activation, productivity, and business growth.
- Achieve sales targets through the Agency Channel.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with agents.
- Monitor business performance and ensure target achievement.
- Develop the agency network within the assigned territory.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry.
- At least 2 years of experience in the Agency Channel and agent recruitment.
- Recent work experience must be with a Life Insurance company in the Agency Channel.
- Strong knowledge of agent recruitment, activation, and sales performance.
- Stable career history with limited job changes.
- Candidates must be local to Varanasi and have experience in the same market.
- Candidates from insurance broking firms are not eligible.
