Job Summary

Socialpost Digital Media is looking for a confident, engaging, and articulate Podcast Host who can lead meaningful conversations, interview guests, and create compelling audio and video podcast content. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a solid on-camera presence, and the ability to engage audiences through informative, entertaining, and well-structured discussions.

Key Responsibilities

- Host audio and video podcast sessions with confidence and professionalism.
- Conduct interviews with guests, industry experts, influencers, and other relevant personalities.
- Research podcast topics, prepare questions, and develop engaging discussion points.
- Lead conversations smoothly while maintaining audience interest and engagement.
- Communicate clearly in front of the camera and adapt to different podcast formats and topics.
- Collaborate with the content, video production, and social media teams to develop podcast concepts.
- Coordinate with guests regarding schedules, topics, and interview requirements.
- Participate in promotional activities, including short-form video clips, reels, and social media content.
- Stay updated on current affairs, entertainment, digital media trends, and trending topics relevant to the podcast.
- Maintain a professional, energetic,



and audience-friendly presentation style.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation, interviewing, and storytelling abilities.
- Confidence in front of the camera and the ability to engage an audience.
- Fluency in Telugu and proficiency in English or Hindi, depending on the podcast's target audience.
- Good research skills and the ability to prepare relevant questions and discussion topics.
- Ability to think on your feet and manage conversations professionally.
- Strong personality, creativity, and a genuine interest in content creation and digital media.
- Prior experience in podcast hosting, anchoring, journalism, radio, television, or content creation will be an added advantage.

- A confident and expressive personality with a natural ability to communicate.
- Comfortable interviewing different types of guests and discussing diverse topics.
- Presentable, adaptable, and capable of maintaining a strong on-camera presence.
