- Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company objectives
- Analyze sales figures, customer trends, and inventory levels to inform decisions
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and store managers to ensure timely stock delivery
- Create visually appealing product displays and planograms to enhance in-store engagement
- Monitor stock levels, identify gaps, and manage product rotations or markdowns
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and product launches
- Generate reports on product performance and inventory metrics for leadership
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
