Job Title: Team Leader – Personal Loans & Overdrafts
Experience: 2–5 years in NBFC sales preferred.
Job Description: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve Personal Loan and Overdraft targets, generate recent business, manage customer relationships, monitor team performance, coordinate with credit and operations teams, and ensure compliance with company policies and KYC requirements.
Key Skills: Team handling, sales leadership, customer acquisition, target achievement, and banking product knowledge.
Pay: ₹495,000.00 - ₹1,750,000.00 per year
